Tabatha McGann, founder of Continuity Executives Group

Tabatha McGann started in live events. Fifteen seasons at Country Thunder in Twin Lakes — backstage manager and performer liaison, including VIP guest services — through the 2014 sale. Artist advance, listing accuracy, gate-time coordination: the unglamorous work of making sure what got published matched what actually happened. Right dates, right times, a working way to buy. A wrong year on a ticket page or a sign-up button that goes nowhere isn't an abstraction to her. It's the specific failure she spent fifteen years preventing, and it happens to good operations every season.

Alongside those seasons, and for years after them, she worked in healthcare — caring for families through the hardest part of their journey. She ran her own home care practice, certified in Alzheimer's and dementia care and in special needs across all ages.

That job was never really clinical. It was communication. Understanding someone who could not explain themselves plainly, then translating that need across roles and generations until it landed — the doctor, the aide, the spouse, the ten-year-old grandchild in the hallway. Every patient was their own solution. No explanation ever worked twice. The need was always real. What failed was getting anyone to hear it.

Cybersecurity came next, and it's less of a departure than it sounds. Both of the jobs before it were the same question: where is information supposed to travel, and where does it quietly stop before it reaches the person who needed it. Security just gave her the tools and the discipline to go find the exact seam instead of guessing at it.

That led to federal contract work, which she still takes each year, helping military and veteran families get their healthcare enrollment right. It means recurring background screening and a formal standard for handling private information — a reasonable thing to want from someone you are about to let look closely at how your business actually runs.

Continuity Executives Group is where all four end up pointed at the same thing. If you run a family company, you have the problem she has been solving in one form or another her whole career: the value is real and you have already earned it. What's broken is how that value gets told, and where it stops before it reaches the person who was ready to buy.

How the work gets done

You already paid for the attention. The work is finding where it leaks.

The work starts with looking. Tabatha writes her own analysis tools and runs them against your company's traffic, bookings, register, and search data to find where interest turns into nothing — the link that goes nowhere, the booking step that loses people, the search you rank for and never see a visit from. Those tools stay hers to build and maintain, so you have nothing to license and no one on staff has to learn a new system.

What you get back depends on what you asked for. A Bridge Blueprint is one page rebuilt so it converts, plus the four assets that drive traffic to it, built and handed over inside seven days and measured against your own past numbers. The full Brand-to-Revenue Continuity Audit is six weeks and ends in a written playbook — ordered by what is losing you the most money first, built to run on the tools you already pay for, and plain enough to make sense to whoever keeps your website and your books a year from now. Capacity is finite — three audits at once, governance held to five companies.

Continuity Governance is the third thing, and the only one that keeps going. A playbook decays: a date changes, a form quietly stops delivering, a listing goes stale, and nobody notices until the season is over. Governance is the standing check against that. What gets watched is set per company — no two operations leak in the same places, so no two are governed the same way. Monthly, in writing, pass or fail, and anything found broken between cycles reported within one business day. It buys delivered work, not availability.

Look before advising

Every engagement starts by walking the path a real customer walks, then checking it against the numbers. No recommendations before that is done.

Nothing new to buy (and less to rent)

The fixes run on the systems already in place — the register, the analytics, the email list. And if you're losing a cut of every sale to a third-party booking platform, that capability belongs on your own site. No new subscriptions, and you stop paying rent on your own customers.

Built to be handed over

Whatever gets built is written so your team can run it without her. The measure of good work here is that it keeps working after the engagement ends.
